I would like to introduce myself Mr Madimi Raju as CEO & Managing Director. Mr Madimi Raju with past experience of 15 years in Civil to enhance and prove the experience in the Field of Security incharge in administration department, Man power in charge maintenance in MNC company with 8 yrs experience & Field manager experience in 3 yrs. Versatile in persuasive skill, quick grasping ability, high level of integrity and adaptability and expertise to run a Security organizations. We will provide Training and on job Training to all our guards in all aspects before deploying them to service. Training process includes maintenance of all records and documentations like register of Inward, out ward, Visitors, Employee Movement, Time Movement, Vehicle Movement, Key, Returnable & Non-returnable Gate Pass, Patrolling, and Fire Fighting & Alarm etc. Here Supervisor uses to do surprise visits to keep a tag on the guards. Fortnight meeting will be held with all security personnel to get feedback and take necessary steps in carrying out the security service. 1. Worked as Chief Administrative Officer & Company Chief Security Officer in Blue Horizons Strategic Engineering Pvt Ltd a Joint Venture of M/S Aditya Precitech, India and Elbit Systems Land Israel related to Defence production from 03 Jul 2023 to 31 Oct 2024.During my course of tenure at this organisation actively participated in procurement of Defence Manufacturing Licenses, Security clearances for BHSEL and other coordinating organisational personnel to visit various sensitive Defence establishments to conduct trails including for Israeli nationals Elbit systems and attended Joint Receipt Inspection of ammunition at NAD Kochi as a Admin Chief. Further, maintained strict security policies as per the guidelines given by security manual issued by MoD India as well as MoD of Israel. Meticulous maintenance of the entire facility was also a prime responsibility. Also management of Travel and Accommodation bookings for the personnel of the organisation for various visits and maintenance of cost records for the same.
2. Worked as Manager Security (Recruitment & Training) (HoD Security), Arunachala Logistics Pvt Ltd Hyd from 20 Apr 2018 which has satellite units at various locations in South India. Looking after the entire security aspects at 10 satellite units, 08 RMC Plants in Hyderabad and Chennai, A Warehouse and supermarket located at Nellore, two real estate construction projects at Hyderabad and in-house security aspects at Krishnapatnam Port. Presently looking after the security team including locations ranging up to 300 personnel.
3. Rendered 20 years of flawless service in Indian Air Force and executed various posts including Security Supervision, HR, Admin and Office Management as an INDIAN AIR FORCE POLICE at various levels right from field level to Air Headquarters level.
